To mark the launch of the Harry Potter Tour in Los Angeles, a design was required following the inspiration of 'Daily Prophet' journalist Rita Skeeter. The resulting costumes married the nostalgic silhouettes of early mass media, established fabrics from dogtooth to tweed and magical touches of the wizarding world with exaggerated detailing and shaping.
