In order to bring the Making of Harry Potter Tour to life, Laurent brought his highly design orientated eye to the process, and liaised with all departments to make it happen. From intial purchasing of the right mannequins, fittings, layouts and positioning right through to storyboarding and area management and everything in between, the task was huge but well executed with having the right team in place to effectively and efficiently complete every part. No part was left out, from wig creation, make-up, props and technical installs was all managed and scheduled like clockwork. Preparation was key in managing the extensive and surprisingly large archive of costume and props, bringing both together to tell the story and provide an extension of the movies themselves to the public.
